Your Scan
Our wellbeing scans offer an opportunity to bond with the baby by hearing and seeing the heartbeat and the little movements. The check includes confirmation of fetal heartbeat and movement and reassurance from imaging using ultrasound from 16 weeks.( from 15 weeks for express gender package)
Parents are welcome to discuss any concerns with the experienced Sonographer carrying out the scan. Onward referrals can be arranged to the respective NHS hospitals to follow up if required.
Please note ultrasound alone can never provide a 100% guarantee of the sex of your baby.
Please Note:The primary purpose of the scan is not to provide digital downloads of pictures or videos. If you have purchased digital downloads, we will provide you with whatever is captured on the day of the scan.

- This policy helps us manage our schedule effectively and offer available slots to other clients.
- If you wish to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability and does not guarantee a new slot.
By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
- No rescan or additional time will be offered solely for the purpose of obtaining better pictures.
- The quality of the images is entirely dependent on the baby's position at the time of the scan, which is beyond our control.
COVID-19 POLICY
Before you scan
We recommend arriving about 10 minutes before your appointment to allow time for you to park your car and then make yourself comfortable in the clinic. Upon arrival, you will be asked to complete and sign our Consent Form to help us check that the details we hold are correct and that you understand our terms and also to ensure that we have obtained your consent for us to perform the scan. You can bring up to 4 guests to your appointment, so extended family, friends and kids are more than welcome to meet your unborn baby!
You will need to have a full bladder for the abdominal scan, we suggest you drink 500ML of clear fluids about an hour before your appointment and not go to the toilet before the scan.
Please bring your pregnancy notes with you it will be helpful in case our qualified Sonographers need to refer to them at any stage during your early reassurance scan.
Rescan Policy
The quality of your scan and your satisfaction are very important to us. For our Express Gender Reveal package only, if in our sonographer’s professional opinion we’re unable to complete the primary purpose of your scan, we may offer you a free rescan appointment. If a rescan is not possible for any reason, alternative options will be discussed with you.
Refund
It should be noted that refunds are not given in any case as payment is taken for use of the Clinic Service & Sonographer's valuable time.
