We securely store the following details for all clients who have booked with us:Your name and the name of the person who booked the appointment for you (if different)The phone number provided during bookingYour email addressYour postcode (if provided)Your address in certain casesYour Date of BirthYour GP detailsPregnancy-related information, including Expected Due Date (EDD) and details about your current and previous pregnanciesYour feedbackWe retain information related to your pregnancy, scan/screening appointments, and all images and reports on our Ultrasound Machine memory or archives.We do not have access to payment details for services purchased.Your information is not shared with third parties unless:Clients undergoing NIPT Screening, where necessary details are shared with the processing laboratoryFor clients with scan-related concerns, images and reports are only shared with primary healthcare providers with explicit consentIn cases of potential safeguarding issues, concerns are reported to relevant authoritiesYou have the right to control how your personal information is used, including opting out of future contact for promotions.You can request a copy of your data or ask for its removal from our database at any time.Your decisions regarding your data can be communicated to us via email.data@futurebaby.co.ukWe uphold strict confidentiality and respect for all Personal and Sensitive data.Please note that as a private clinic open to the public, we cannot guarantee privacy from other visitors.
