Your Scan:

Future Baby 4D Studio uses the latest in ultrasound technology thus offering a unique glimpse into your baby's world. We offer longer 4D appointments as often the baby is not in the correct position to begin with and it takes time to encourage the baby to move. Our fully qualified sonographers will start with well-being checks before showing your baby in 4D. We prefer to give you a relaxed, value-for-money bonding experience. We look forward to giving you and your family a memorable bonding experience with your unborn child! If we can't get good images of your baby at the first appointment, we offer a free rescan for the 4D package.

This scan does not replace your 20 week diagnostic scan with the NHS.

Covid19 Advice:

Your safety and that of our staff are our utmost priority during the coronavirus pandemic. All ultrasound scanning and blood tests require close contact between you and the practitioner, so we’ve implemented strict Social Distancing and Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) policies for increased protection in our clinic.

If you or anyone in your household has shown symptoms of COVID-19 in the last 14 days (or if you have come into contact with anybody who has), please do not attend your appointment. Please let us know and we will reschedule your appointment for you. In line with UK government guidance, you and your guest are required to wear a mask or face covering when attending appointments at our clinic. Upon entering the clinic you will be requested to sanitize your hands with antibacterial gel.

COVID-19 POLICY

Before your scan:

We recommend arriving about 10 minutes before your appointment to allow time for you to park your car and then make yourself comfortable in the clinic.
Upon arrival, you will be asked to complete and sign our Consent Form to help us check that the details we hold are correct and that you understand our terms and also to ensure thAt we have obtained your consent for us to perform the scan. You can bring up to 3 guests to your appointment, so extended family, friends and kids are more than welcome to meet your unborn baby!

You will need to have a full bladder for the abdominal scan, we suggest you drink 500ML of clear fluids about an hour before your appointment and not go to the toilet before the scan. If an internal scan is required, the procedure will be explained to you in full before we ask for your consent, and you will be able to empty your bladder.

Please bring your pregnancy notes with you it will be helpful in case our qualified Sonographers need to refer to them at any stage during your early reassurance scan.

Rescan Policy:

The quality of your Scan and the satisfaction of our customers is important to us. If in our sonographer’s opinion, we’re not able to complete the primary purpose of your scan we may offer you the option of a free rescan appointment. If this is not possible for any reason, other options will be discussed with you.

Refund:

It should be noted that refunds are not given in any case as payment is taken for use of the Clinic Service & Sonographer's valuable time.

Future Baby 4D Studio is based in the Meadway Shopping Centre in the heart of West Reading, Right next to Asda. We are inside the Meadway Shopping Centre opposite Sara Charity & MyDentist. Easily accessible from M4 Junction 11 & 12.

There is plenty of parking on-site and our premises are accessible for wheelchair users.
